Cecilia is the Founder of Studio Lutalica, a design agency focusing on projects for women and queer people. Under Cecilia's creative direction, the studio has produced over 70 projects, across four continents, for clients such as Urgent Action Fund for Feminist Activism, InterPride and HER.
Clay Walsh, Head of Marketing, XR, Autodesk
Clay Walsh (she/her) is the Head of Marketing, XR at Autodesk. She is a seasoned marketing leader with 25+ years of experience in publishing, education, design and technology industries. Clay is known for her ability to build and execute successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product adoption, and business growth.
Prior to joining Autodesk, Clay was the Marketing & Communications Director at The Wild, an VR collaboration platform. She has also held senior marketing roles at California College of the Arts and FINE Design Group.
Clay is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and create new opportunities. She is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Outside of work, Clay enjoys spending time with her wife, Lisa Congdon, and their wonderpup, Milkshake. She is also an avid cyclist & standup paddleboarder, and loves to check out the amazing live music, culture, and food scene in Portland, OR.
Jeff Souva, Deputy Director of Development, Lambda Legal
For 15 years, Jeff has been a fundraising and marketing professional for Lambda Legal, the LGBTQ+ civil rights organization. He leverages creative design and marketing campaigns to inspire others to action for impactful change.
Most recently, Jeff led Lambda Legal’s brand transformation which launched as part of a yearlong celebration of the organization’s 50th anniversary. He has served on the board of the Chicago Art Deco Society, helping educate and preserve the city’s storied and influential art deco legacy.
Through neighborhood zoning councils, Jeff advocates for community engagement in the design of the built environment.
His creativity is felt most personally at home in his role as lead curator of junk store finds and master planner of any number of some-day-soon renovation projects.
