Andrew holds a B.F.A. in Communication Design from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters in Branding from the School of Visual Arts (SVA), where he now teaches a course every spring called Pitch Perfect: How to Win New Business. Andrew’s work has been featured in Communication Arts, Fast Company, swissmiss, PSFK, Gizmodo, Huffington Post, and Adweek.

With extensive expertise, she has earned accolades for her creative prowess and serves as an award-winning design professional, mentor, speaker, author, and educator.
Passionate about leveraging design to enhance the human experience, she has worked for or with companies, such as Kimberly-Clark, P&G, Fortune, Google, L’Oreal, People, Mastercard, New York Life, HBO, NEA, MetLife, ABC, MeridianHealth, fostering strong bonds between people and cherished products.
As an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's Master’s Program teaching Design Leadership, a global co-lead of the RSA Decolonizing Design Coalition, a board member of PPWLN, AIGA Women Lead, and supporting DMI.
Jennifer Kinon, Co-Founder, Champions Design
Jennifer Kinon co-founded Champions Design with Bobby C. Martin Jr. Champions is a branding and design agency that has developed brand identity systems for some of the world's best brands including the Girl Scouts of the USA, The New York Times, MTV, and the NBA. During 2016, Kinon served as Design Director of Hillary for America.
She has spoken about the role of brand identity systems around the world and served as President of AIGA/NY. Kinon graduated from the University of Michigan and earned an MFA from the School of Visual Arts, where she was the first graduate of the program to join its faculty.
