Shayla Hunter is a brand strategist, illustrator and photographer. With expertise in brand strategy, she specializes in crafting narratives behind brand identities that connect with audiences. Shayla has spent years shaping the way brands communicate and resonate on a human level in healthcare, CPG, and media brands. As the creator of The 100 Black Queens Project, Shayla also uses her watercolor illustrations to tell the stories of self-identifying Black women and girls, celebrating them through illustrated portraits and personal narratives. Her illustration work has also been published in Citizen magazine.
